The Novo Nordisk Diabetes Center at CentraState Medical Center is holding its Free Annual Eye Screening. The screening is for community members who have diabetes and have not seen an ophthalmologist for the past year or do not have insurance coverage.
We will also provide blood pressure, visual acuity, glaucoma, and microalbuminuria screenings. The Commission for the Blind, Visually Impaired, and Department for Senior Services will facilitate this screening.
