Free Healthy Brain Symposium: Learn the Signs of a Stroke

CentraState Healthcare System is having its first annual Healthy Brain: Signs of Stroke Symposium, on May 19, 6:30-8:30 p.m. at CentraState’s Star and Barry Tobias Ambulatory Campus Auditorium, 901 W. Main St., Freehold.          

Health screenings will be offered, including balance and blood pressure, and a light supper will be provided at 6:45-7:15 p.m. Participants can also attend two physician lectures, including “The Care and Feeding of the Brain: Across the Lifespan” with David Frank, MD at 7:15-7:45 p.m.; and “Brain Recovery After Stroke” with Todd Cooperman, MD at 7:45-8:15 p.m. In addition, there will be a question and answer session immediately following at 8:15-8:30 p.m.
