Workbook will be distributed in class or available for pick up at the Health Awareness Center by calling 732-308-0570 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Wear comfortable clothing
NOTE: All expectant moms must include "doctor clearance" specifying CPR for Adult, Child, & Infant skills one week prior to class start date.
