FBAC Seeks Recipe's for Community Cookbook
Freehold Borough Arts Council to produce first Community Cookbook to fundraise for the arts

Besides the expected arts and music, Freehold Borough is famous for its many fine restaurants. To honor our local culinary arts, the Freehold Borough Arts Council (FBAC) will be publishing its first community cookbook with recipes from our local residents and restaurants. We encourage our friends of the arts to participate, and with the sale of this published cookbook, we can further our charitable endeavors of inspiring, providing and championing the arts in our hometown, Freehold Borough. Proceeds of the cookbook will go toward supporting local arts.
We are asking for a favorite recipe from interested contributors to be included in our cookbook. A favorite family recipe is a perfect contribution. An anecdote may also be included with the recipe. Contributor names will be printed in the cookbook with their recipe. Your recipe should fit into one of the following categories- 1) Appetizers 2) Soups 3) Salads 4) Vegetables 5) Entrees 6) Desserts.
Interested restaurants or individuals can receive a submission form by emailing us at
