Freehold Community Thanksgiving Service, Sunday, November 23, 7:00 p.m.

The annual Freehold Community Interfaith Thanksgiving Service will be held on Sunday, November 23, 2014 at 7:00 p.m. The host this year is St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, 33 Throckmorton Street.

Representatives from Christian, Jewish and Muslim faiths will lead the community in this special service commemorating the gift of bread. A multi-congregation choir will provide special music, including Aaron Copland’s “The Promise of Living,” as well as congregational hymns. Community members will have the opportunity to benefit Open Door Food Pantry through a free-will offering during the service.
