Freehold Election 2017: Hudak Out On Freehold Twp. BOE

FREEHOLD, NJ — A pair of Freehold Township school board members and a pair of Freehold Borough school board members all were re-elected to their respective boards on Tuesday.

Bruce Patrick and Margaret Rogers each were returned to the Freehold Borough board, with Rogers the top vote-getter with 922, according to unofficial results. Patrick received 907 votes. The pair were joined by Joseph Santonacita, who was running with the two incumbents. He received 717 votes.

In Freehold Township, the unofficial tallies had Michael Amoroso, a current school board member, with 3,838 as the top recipient. Michelle Lambert, also an incumbent on the Freehold Township board, was third with 3,438 votes. Michael Matthews received 3,548 to oust Edward Hudak, who was seeking re-election.
