Freehold Participatory Budget Meeting Set For Monday
Learn about the projects proposed and vote on what you want to see the borough do.

FREEHOLD, NJ — Freehold residents are invited to a town hall meeting Monday to learn about projects that will be on the borough's Participatory Budgeting program.
There will be 11 projects for residents to consider for this year's project, and the council has budgeted $200,000 for it, according to borough documents.
The meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

Voting on the projects, which is open to all Freehold Borough residents age 14 or older, begins at the end of the Town Hall meeting.
There are options to vote online or with a paper ballot, and the voting will continue until Dec. 2.

The winning projects will be announced at the Dec. 3 council meeting.
