Freehold Township Education Foundation presents Monte Carlo Night 3

Sponsored by Trinity Solar

FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP — The Freehold Township Education Foundation will hold its third annual Monte Carlo Night sponsored by Trinity Solar at the Eagle Oaks Golf and Country Club in Farmingdale from 6:00 pm to 11 pm on Friday, November 14.

This fun night of casino style gaming is all in an effort to raise funds to bring interactive technology teaching tools to the Freehold Township K-8 School District’s pre-kindergarten, elementary and middle schools.

Monte Carlo Night is part of the foundation’s ConnectUs! fundraising program. This $250,000 campaign seeks to ensure that every classroom is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that will provide interactive learning opportunities for all students in the district.

“This is our signature fundraiser for the ConnectUs! campaign,” said Mark Breslauer, who serves the foundation as a trustee and on the executive committee as the chairman of the ConnectUs! campaign. “We had said that this campaign would run through December 2014, so this will be the last Monte Carlo Night where the proceeds will go to our ConnectUs! campaign,” he said.

The night will feature popular games such as blackjack, roulette, craps and poker. Guests will play with mock money that they can then exchange for raffle tickets for a variety of gift basket prizes. A large 50/50 raffle will also be held. The event will offer gourmet hors d’oeuvres and other appetizers, a dinner buffet, dessert and a cash bar will be available.

In addition to the games, entertainment and food, ticket holders will also receive $100 in “mock money” to use to play for raffle items. They will also be given one sheet of tickets for the gift basket auction.

According to the FTEF, last year’s Monte Carlo Night drew more than 240 guests last year and raised over $30,000 for the organization and they are hoping to eclipse that total this year.

Tickets for the event are $100 each or $180 for a couple. Guests may bring a table of 12 and receive the tickets for $1,000.

To purchase ticket please visit www.ftefnj.org... tickets can also be purchased at the door on the night of the event.
