Freehold Township Man Indicted In 17 Burglaries: Prosecutor
The man and a Toms River woman are accused in the break-ins in 10 Monmouth County towns, according to the indictment.

FREEHOLD, NJ — A Freehold Township man and a Toms River woman have been indicted in a burglary spree that hit 17 businesses in a 25-day span, according to court documents.
Isiah S. Casrell, 29, of Ford Avenue, Freehold Township, and Rachel N. Lovely, 34, of King George Lane, Toms River, were named in the 32-count indictment handed up by a Monmouth County grand jury sitting in Freehold.
The two were indicted on charges of burglary, theft and criminal mischief in the string of burglaries at businesses in 10 Monmouth County towns that occurred from March 12 to April 5, according to the indictment.

Casrell is accused of burglarizing all 17 businesses, with Lovely accompanying him for seven of the burglaries, according to the indictment.
The thefts totaled more than $3,300 and the criminal mischief — broken doors and broken cash registers — totaled nearly $4,000, according to the indictment.

Casrell is accused of burglarizing El Salon in Ocean Township; Mr. Goodlube, Shrewsbury; Boston Market, Shrewsbury; Distinctive Toys, Fair Haven; Raceway, Marlboro; Cream Ridge Country Market and Liquors, Upper Freehold; Citgo, Colts Neck; Sunoco, Holmdel; Colts Neck Pizza, Colts Neck; and Carluccio's Italian Deli, Marlboro.
Casrell and Lovely are jointly accused of burglarizing Stakul's Spirit Shop, Howell; Nicole's Many Stylez Hair Salon, Howell; Lukoil, Howell; Ice Cream on 9, Howell; Bella Nails, Manalapan; Essence Nail and Spa, Howell; and Holmdel Village Pharmacy, Holmdel, according to the indictment.
Casrell faces 17 counts of burglary, nine counts of theft and six counts of criminal mischief, while Lovely faces seven counts of burglary, four counts of theft and two counts of criminal mischief.
Casrell, who was arrested April 5, according to Monmouth County Corrections records, is being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institute in lieu of $200,000 bail in connection with the burglaries, and an additional $65,000 bail detainer from an unspecified agency.
Bail information was not immediately available for Lovely.
