FREEHOLD YMCA OFFERS FREE ACCESS TO THE COMMUNITY.

The Freehold Y is offering free access to the community to encourage healthy living.  With an emphasis on community wellness, the Open House is the Y's way of saying "Thank You" to the community.

During this week, you can visit the Freehold Y and try any of our 120 fitness classes, exercise in our fitness center, participate in our Learn to Swim program, enjoy our Family Luau, enter our raffle, and so much more.  The Open House will encourage people to be active and make better choices about nutrition, exercise and their overall well-being.
