Diabetes Support Group

Wednesday, March 26 from 3 to 4 p.m.

Living
with diabetes can be challenging, but we can help. Join the Center for
Healthy Living at Kimball Medical Center for a free support group to
learn how to manage your blood glucose and continue enjoying the foods
you love. Share with others the challenges and victories of daily
glucose management. This free group is supported by Kimball Medical
Center and partially funded by the Ocean County Office of Senior
Services and will be held at the Center for Healthy Living, located at
198 Prospect Street in Lakewood. Registration is required by calling
1.888.724.7123.
