LADACIN Network celebrates Executive Director's 40th anniversary
LADACIN Network honors Patricia Carlesimo's 40 years of service.

LADACIN Network is celebrating their Executive Director, Ms. Patricia Carlesimo’s forty years of service. In 1979, LADACIN Network was fortunate to have Ms. Patricia Carlesimo join the team. Her creative vision of the Agency has been immense and her contributions to LADACIN Network will leave an everlasting footprint that will be remembered by the numerous lives she has touched. LADACIN’s staff, along with Board of Trustee members, recognized this major milestone during their Staff Development Day on September 20, 2019.
Patti began her career with LADACIN Network as a speech pathologist. Over the years she has held the positions of Augmentative Program Consultant and Transdisciplinary Coordinator, Coordinator and subsequently Director of Training and Technology, Director of Program Services, Director of Family Support and Related Services, and Associate Executive Director. She was instrumental in the implementation of the transdisciplinary process, the foundation for the delivery of all Agency programs and services, and in the growth of rehabilitation technology services at the Agency. Ms. Carlesimo assumed the position of Executive Director in 2004. A grasp of programs and a keen insight have made Patti an asset to the Agency and serve her well in the capacity of Executive Director.
Under her leadership as Executive Director, LADACIN Network has seen tremendous growth. The Agency now provides an array of services to over 3,500 infants, children, adults and their families in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, and employs over 600 staff.
