FREEHOLD, NJ — A new wave of store openings, expansions, relocations and renovations is set to take place at Freehold Raceway Mall this summer.

JD Sports \ Lower Level, next to Ulta Beauty

• JD Sports has expanded and rebranded from its former Finish Line concept, bringing its signature athletic retail experience to a new era. A leading global retailer of athletic footwear, apparel, and accessories, JD Sports carries top brands including Nike, Adidas, Puma, and New Balance — alongside exclusive styles and sought-after limited-edition drops.

Perfumania \ Upper Level, Center Court Entrance

• America's largest discount fragrance retailer has opened its doors at Freehold Raceway Mall, offering shoppers an extensive collection of designer perfumes and luxury colognes for men and women. With high-quality fragrances, exclusive fragrance gifts, and accessories, Perfumania aims to be the ultimate destination for designer scents.

Sleep Number \ Outdoor Village, near Kura Sushi and The Cheesecake Factory

Levi's \ Opening Mid-June 2026 (Lower Level, opposite Zara)

• This iconic American denim brand is making its debut at Freehold Raceway Mall. Levi's will bring its full assortment of jeans, tops, outerwear, and accessories — anchored by the brand's legendary craftsmanship and heritage — to the lower level this June.

Gap \ Opening Summer 2026 (Lower Level, DICK's House of Sport Wing)

T-Mobile \ Opening Early Summer 2026 (Upper Level, Food Court)

• T-Mobile is significantly expanding its Freehold Raceway Mall footprint — growing from 1,996 square feet to 3,559 square feet — and debuting its experiential store concept. The new format is designed to engage customers with an immersive, hands-on environment that goes beyond traditional wireless retail.

Pandora \ Moving just opposite its current location, next to Lush

• Pandora is upgrading to a larger space — moving from 1,260 square feet to 1,677 square feet — while remaining conveniently located near its current home on the mall floor. Shoppers can expect continued access to Pandora's beloved jewelry collections throughout the relocation process, as the brand will remain open while its new store is under construction.

RENOVATING – TEMPORARY CHANGES

American Eagle \ Temporary Location: Lower Level, next to Dick's House of Sport (Moving Early Summer, Reopening Late Summer 2026)

• American Eagle will temporarily relocate to a new lower-level space while its main store undergoes a renovation. Shoppers can continue to find their favorite American Eagle styles at the temporary location during the transition.

Sephora \ Temporarily Closing Mid-June (Reopening Mid-Summer)

• Sephora will temporarily close its Freehold Raceway Mall location beginning mid-June for a full store renovation. The beloved beauty retailer is expected to reopen in mid-summer. Stay tuned for further details on the grand reopening.
