Options: Pool Fences

Pool fences have certainly advanced a lot in the past decades. As such, there are many durable and beautiful options on the market today. We know the choices can seem daunting, and you may be restricted by the type you install according to your town requirements. Before installing a pool fence, check with your town offices. And keep in mind, even if your town doesn’t require a fence, your insurance likely does.

Here are some options available to you as a pool owner in New Jersey.

Aluminum

One of the most popular types of pool fences in the country, ornamental aluminum is known for its durability and elegant appearance. It’s coated with a dry powder that’s applied electrostatically and cured under heat, which gives it an added protection to keep rust at bay. It can be confused with wrought iron, but this is much heavier and has a painted surface. It’s also more costly and time consuming in regards to maintenance.
