School Lockdown, Traffic Crashes, I-195 Closure In NJ
A school lockdown and a traffic nightmare in New Jersey.

A school lockdown, a highway closure and crashes were causing problems in central New Jersey on Tuesday.
I-195 westbound was closed west of Exit 11 (Route 524) in Upper Freehold Township because of an overturned dump truck. The left lane of the roadway was reopened, but traffic was at a standstill leading up to the scene around 2 p.m.
There was a multi-mile delay that could impact New Jersey Turnpike traffic, too.

Also, in what could be an unrelated matter, Upper Freehold schools were in a lockdown as a "precautionary measure," school officials said. There was no reason given.
"All is still OK," said Mark Guterl, the assistant superintendent. "Schools in lockdown as a precaution. Police are present at all buildings. Will update everyone soon."

The school was still on lockdown at 2 p.m.
The incidents were reported now that traffic is moving again after a crash that shut all lanes of I-95 in Bucks County, just over the New Jersey border, took place near the exit for Business Route 1.
The crash involving at least three cars had shut the northbound lanes of I-95 in Bucks County near the exit for Business Route 1 for at least 30 minutes on Tuesday.
This is a developing story. Patch will update as information comes in.
