Want Photo With Christie In N.J.? It'll Cost $2,700
It was once a freebie; now that he's running for president, the governor is charging a hefty price to get a photo with him at a fundraiser.

A photo or even a “selfie” with Gov. Chris Christie used to be a freebie. But if you go to his Aug. 4 fundraiser in Asbury Park, you’ll have to cough up a lot more than that.
NJ.com received a copy of the invitation to the Asbury Park Conventional Hall event, reporting that “founding members” are granted the opportunity to take a photo with Christie for $2,700.
Christie’s New Jersey financing co-chair, Jon Hanson, says the event will raise money for Christie’s presidential campaign, but also show gratitude to the state’s donors who have pledged money, according to WNBC-TV.

Hanson declined to say how much money Christie’s campaign has raised so far other than saying it’s “going quite well,” according to the report.
Hanson noted a Reuters/Ipsos online poll of Republicans placed Christie third in the field, according to the nj.com report. A Monmouth University poll, however, shows Christie tied or ninth place.
