Why You Won't Find Refined Sugar at This Doctor's House
When Reader's Digest magazine reached out to me about my family's 2018 health resolutions, my response was an easy one.

“We’re going to eat even less sugar this year.”
Since Dr. Fiola and I had children, we don’t have sugary food or drinks in our home. This has helped us offset our desire for it. I’ll admit, I’m proud when our daughters tell the restaurant server we only order dessert on our birthdays.”

It’s never too late to change course. Why not start right now?
