Staying Healthy In the Office
According to Athena from Fitness and Feta, with work comes a lot of pressure. There are a couple ways to navigate the office when tempting treats are all around. Try asking yourself if you’re just DYING to eat that, then keep the evidence, meaning “keep the empty wrappers on your desk so you (and everyone around you) will be able to keep track of those calories.” Some other approaches are to just say no, get creative with your usual office treats and always have a healthier option!
