Death Ruled Suicide At Atlantic City Casino
The death was the second in 2 days in the Atlantic City beach area. Another person attempted a suicide.
One of the two deaths that have occurred in Atlantic City over the past 36 hours has been ruled a suicide, according to the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office. Another person who attempted suicide was hospitalized.
The incident happened on Tuesday, just before 6 p.m., when the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office Major Crimes Unit and the Atlantic City Police Department responded to the Tropicana Resort and Casino for a death investigation.
It was determined that the incident under investigation was a suicide of one man and an attempted suicide of a woman, according to the ACPO.

The person was found on the 37th floor of the Tropicana casino, police said. The woman suffered unknown injuries.
The woman was transported to the Atlantic City Medical Center where her condition was unknown at press time.

Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner said the matter was an isolated incident and there were no safety concerns to the public at any time.
