3 Teens Charged In Gun Dispute At Galloway Wawa: Police
Following the dispute, police seized heroin and two guns, one of which was reported stolen, from a Clearview Avenue home.
GALLOWAY, NJ — Three teenagers were charged following a dispute that involved a gun at a local Wawa this past Friday, Galloway police said.
Few details were released about the dispute itself, but following it on the morning of Nov. 17, police executed a search warrant at a home on the 100 block of Clearview Avenue.
At this home, police said they seized heroin and two guns, one of which was reported stolen out of a neighboring jurisdiction.

Justin Davis, 18, of Mays Landing, a 17-year-old male from Galloway and a 15-year-old from Galloway were all charged with receiving stolen property, possession of a weapon during CDS activity, unlawful possession of a handgun and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
In regards to the Wawa incident, the 15-year-old was additionally charged with simple assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and terroristic threats.

The two juveniles were transferred to a juvenile detention center where they will be held pending a court hearing. Davis was charged and released on a summons pending a future court date. The investigation is ongoing, and currently being conducted by Det. Dominic Fabrizio.
