The Absegami High School football team picked up its second win of the season with a come-from-behind win over Vineland on Saturday, according to nj.com.
The Braves scored on a pair of runs, a punt return and a field goal in a 23-22 win over the Fighting Clan.
Vineland led 22-7 at halftime, but the Absegami defense pitched a shutout in the second half.

Vinnie Nelson’s 80-yard punt return helped jumpstart Absegami in the third quarter. Zach Sterr connected on a 22-yard field goal, and Tyler Welch scored the game-winning touchdown on a 2-yard run in the fourth.
Andy Ifreke put Absegami on the board with a 5-yard touchdown run in the first quarter.
