GALLOWAY, NJ — A motorcyclist has died following a crash on Friday night, the Galloway Township Police Department said.
At 8:46 p.m. on Friday, a motorcycle was going west on the White Horse Pike in Galloway (near the intersection with Odessa Avenue) when the crash occurred.
According to police, a vehicle was leaving a driveway on the White Horse Pike when it failed to yield to the oncoming motorcycle.
The motorcycle then collided with the vehicle, ejecting the motorcycle driver and causing "serious bodily injury," police said.
The motorcycle driver was pronounced deceased due to his injuries, while the driver and a passenger in the other vehicle were uninjured.
The identities of those involved in the crash have not been released by authorities.
The road was closed for about three hours on Friday during the on-scene investigation.
The collision remains under investigation, police said.
