Atlantic City Man Charged in Sicklerville Man's Death

Timothy Knight is charged in the stabbing death of Justin Turay.

An Atlantic City man has been charged in the death of a Sicklerville man whose body was found in an alleyway in Atlantic City on Sunday, Atlantic County Prosecutor Jim McClain said.

Timothy T. Knight, 47, was charged with aggravated manslaughter and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose in the stabbing death of 23-year-old Justin Turay.

Knight was lodged in the Atlantic County Justice Facility in lieu of $520,000 full cash bail—$500,000 for the aggravated manslaughter charge, and an additional $20,000 for the weapons offense.

Turay’s body was found an alleyway off South Tennessee Avenue around 8:25 a.m. Sunday morning.

An autopsy was scheduled for Monday.
