Atlantic County Man Distributed Over 1K Child Porn Images: ACPO

An Atlantic County man was charged with distributing over 1,000 child-pornography images, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office announced Tuesday. The images depicted sexual exploitation or abuse of children, the ACPO said.

Mark J. McGurk, 25, of Ventnor City, was arrested Friday in his home after an investigation that began in January, according to the ACPO. He was taken to the Atlantic County Justice Facility, where he awaits a Wednesday detention hearing, officials said.
