AtlantiCare Young Professionals Breakfast In Galloway Township

The breakfast is at the Carriage House on Friday.

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ — AtlantiCare’s Young Professionals (AtlantiCare YP) will host a professional development breakfast in Galloway on Friday, AtlantiCare announced. The breakfast takes place at the Carriage House, 25 South Pitney Road, on Friday, Oct. 27, 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m.

AtlantiCare President and CEO Lori Herndon will discuss work/life balance, business and career strategies.
Herndon, of Brigantine, was named AtlantiCare President and CEO by the Board of Trustees last year, after she began serving in executive roles with the company in 2007. She joined the hospital as a staff nurse in 1983.

Prior to her current role, she concurrently served as executive vice president, AtlantiCare, and president and CEO, ARMC. She held a number of leadership positions throughout the organization prior to these roles.
Herndon earned her Master of Business Administration degree at St. Joseph’s University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and her registered nurse degree at Geisinger Medical Center School of Nursing, Danville, Pennsylvania.

The event will include a light breakfast. Proceeds will benefit AtlantiCare YP initiatives that support the health and well-being of children within the community AtlantiCare serves. Tickets are $25 per person. Member discounts are available.

AtlantiCare YP is an AtlantiCare Foundation program that brings together professionals and entrepreneurs interested in identifying and addressing community needs, and harnesses their energy and enthusiasm to improve and enrich the future well-being of the community.
