Attempted Burglary Suspect Chased Down, Arrested In Galloway: Police
Police arrested a man they believe tried to kick in a door on Magnolia Avenue after they chased him into the woods.

GALLOWAY, NJ — Galloway Township Police chased down and arrested a suspect in an attempted burglary incident Friday afternoon. Police were called to a home for a report of a man attempting to kick in the door of a home on the 300 block of Magnolia Avenue just after 4 p.m. Friday afternoon. When the man realized the homeowner saw him, he fled, police said Saturday morning.
Officers canvassed the area and found 31-year-old Joseph Stansberry, of Galloway Township. Police say Stansberry ran from them into the woods near the White Horse Pike and 4th Avenue. K9 Sgt. Winneberger and K-9 Rocky responded to the area and found Stansberry, who was then arrested.
Stansberry was charged with attempted burglary, assault on a law enforcement officer, two counts of resisting arrest, obstruction, disorderly conduct, possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia.
