Coast Guard Rescues Three From Boat Taking on Water in Delaware Bay
Three people were taken to the Cape May Airport by helicopter. No injuries were reported.

The Coast Guard rescued three people from a 35-foot boat that was taking on water in Delaware Bay on Saturday.
A boater contacted watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay in Philadelphia to report three people aboard a boat that was grounded on a shoal one mile west of Cross Ledge Light at 3:30 p.m.
The hull was damaged and the boat was taking on water.

A 45-foot Response Boat-Medium crew from Coast Guard Station Cape May, an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter crew from Air Station Atlantic City and three local fire rescue crews responded to assist the boaters.
The helicopter crew hoisted all three people and took them to the Cape May Airport.
