Dog Thrown Over Fence At South Jersey Animal Shelter
The Humane Society of Atlantic County said that it was the fourth dog that same person had thrown over their fence.
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ — Officials are seeking information about a person who has now dumped four dogs at the Humane Society of Atlantic County by tossing them over the fence.
Video shared by the humane society shows a person walking up to the fence with a dog in the middle of the night, picking the dog up and throwing her over the fence, where she lands on her back. A photo shared by the shelter shows the dog with distinct scarring on her back.
The shelter is hoping to identify the person responsible, as he has now done this four times. They said he drives a black Cadillac sedan.

Officials ask that anyone with any information about the dog or the individual responsible to contact the Atlantic City Police Department Humane Law Enforcement Officer.
