Donald Trump Files Suit to Get Name Removed From Casinos
He says the state of Trump Plaza and the Trump Taj Mahal is tarnishing his brand name, according to the Associated Press.

Donald Trump is suing Trump Entertainment Resorts to get his name off two Atlantic City casinos he is no longer associated with, according to an Associated Press report posted on the Courier Post’s website.
Trump claims the disrepair the company has allowed Trump Plaza and the Trump Taj Mahal to fall into is tarnishing his brand name and causing confusion, according to the report.
Trump Entertainment Resorts is not owned by Donald Trump, but he still has a 10 percent stake, which is why it is permitted to use his name, according to the report.
