Drug Bust Sends Galloway Man To Prison: Prosecutor

GALLOWAY, NJ — A Galloway man was sentenced to prison after a drug bust on a residence, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said.

Ibin Ingrum, 19, was sentenced to an aggregate sentence of seven years with 42 months of parole ineligibility in New Jersey State Prison on charges of possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute and unlawful possession of a handgun, officials said.

Co-defendant Robert Gunter, 40, also of Galloway, previously pleaded guilty to second-degree possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, officials said. He is currently incarcerated in the Atlantic County Justice Facility pending sentencing which is scheduled for next month. At the time of sentencing, the State has agreed to recommend 10 years in New Jersey State Prison with four years of parole ineligibility.

Ingrum and Gunter were convicted following a search warrant executed on a Galloway home in July 2022, officials said.

In an upstairs bedroom of the residence, police found a safe which contained a mixture of over three ounces of fluorofentanyl, despropionyl fluorofentanyl, fluorophenethyl 4-ANPP, and xylazine. Additionally, inside the safe the police located 10 wax folds packaged for sale which contained a mixture of fluorofentanyl, fentanyl, phenethyl 4-ANPP, and xylazine; a baggie containing approximately one ounce of methamphetamine; two digital scales; and documents with Ingrum and Gunter's names on them, officials said.

In the upstairs and attic area of the residence, police located two handguns, ammunition, and extended capacity magazines, authorities said.
