Egg Harbor City Man Sentenced to Life for Having Woman Killed
Rafael Olmo was previously convicted of having Deanna Downs murdered before she could testify in court, according to The Press of AC.
An Egg Harbor City man has been sentenced to life in prison for having a woman killed to prevent her from testifying after she went to police about a shooting in her apartment complex, The Press of Atlantic City reports.
Rafael Olmo, 31, was previously convicted of having 29-year-old Deanna Downs, of Egg Harbor City, murdered in 2010, according to the report. Officials described Downs as ”a mother concerned for the well-being of her children.”
There have been no convictions connected to the previous shooting, according to the report.
