Enjoy Thanksgiving Buffet, Prix-Fixe At Galloway's Seaview Hotel

GALLOWAY, NJ — Want a luxurious Thanksgiving dinner but not interested in cooking? The Seaview Hotel and Golf Club is bringing back their popular Thanksgiving feast for locals looking for an elevated and special experience prepared by a professional chef.

The historic hotel offers two dining experiences in its Main Dining Room: a Thanksgiving buffet 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and a prix-fixe dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The hotel said that the buffet offers something for everyone, with six stations boasting offerings from Executive Chef Rodolfo Correa.

The stations include: Salads, Soup, Raw Bar, Entrée, Carving Station and Dessert. Guests can choose from highlights such as Cavatappi Pasta, Spiced Butternut Squash Bisque, Citrus Poached Shrimp & Crab Claws, Apple Cider Braised Short Ribs, Herb Crusted Whole Turkey and more. The buffet is $64.95/person.

For those looking for a plated sit-down experience, Executive Chef Rodolfo Correa will also be offering a prix-fixe multi-course dinner from 5-9 pm on Thanksgiving. The four-course deluxe menu includes "elevated takes on Thanksgiving classics," such as Spiced Butternut Squash Bisque, Glazed Pulaski Ham and choice of Pumpkin Pie or Chocolate Trilogy Cake. The prix-fixe dinner is $34.95/person.
