Clay Classes at Noyes

Get your creative juices flowing and try one of these upcoming art classes.

Please note: registration deadline is 2 days before class.

• August 4: Draped Slab Building
  Draped Slab Leaf Bowl: Create a bowl using the draped slab technique to hold small objects. A real leaf will be used as the model and template for this bowl.
• August 11: Cookie Cutter Shapes
  Fun Shapes Wind Chime/Mobile: Make a fun wind chime that can be hung anywhere from shapes you cut out with cookie cutters.
• August 18: Slab Building, Low Relief Texture
  Slab Built Photo Frame: Construct a photo frame out of clay slabs. Get funky and add textures or low relief sculpture to your frame.
• August 25: Pinching
  Clay Whistle: Make a clay whistle from two pinch pots. It actually plays! Decorate as with whimsical lines, shapes and textures.
