Don will speak about the opportunities for artists to apply for a New Jersey State Council on the Arts Individual Artist Fellowship Grant, the evaluation process and the award. Artists receiving a Fellowship award in any of the visual arts categories from the NJSCA are invited to participate in the Visual Arts Fellowship Showcase. Artists receiving Fellowship awards in crafts, media/digital arts, painting, photography, sculpture and works on paper are provided an opportunity to have their work publicly presented through the showcase exhibition. Representative work by the 2009 and 2011 Fellowship recipients in visual arts will be on view.
