This soft pastel workshop will develop your joy of painting. You will learn how to use your photo as a link into your own vision. Rae Smith, a Master Pastelist and President of the Pastel Society of America, has won many awards for her landscape, seascape and pond paintings. She teaches at the Katonah Center for the Arts in Katonah, NY and is represented by Accent Gallery in Ocean City, NJ.
