Stockton Ospreys Host Basketball Skills Clinic for Boys and Girls in Grades 3 through 8

The men’s basketball team of The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey will conduct a Columbus Day basketball skills clinic on Monday, October 10, 2011 (date Columbus Day is observed) at 10 a.m. at the Sports Center on campus here.  The clinic is for boys and girls in grades 3 through 8 and costs $20 for early registration and $30 at the door, space permitting.  Aspiring basketball players will receive hands-on instruction from Ospreys players and coaches.  Under Head Coach Gerry Matthews, Stockton has won more than 500 games and made the NCAA Final Four twice, including reaching the National Finals in 2009.
