Galloway Man Found With Over 500 Bags Of Heroin: Police

Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop after a witness told them they saw a drug deal, police said.

GALLOWAY, N.J. — Police found a Galloway man with over 500 individually sealed bags of heroin Monday morning, officials said. Jeffrey C. Martin, 28, was charged with possession and intent to distribute, according to police.

Galloway police received a call from a concerned citizen about witnessing a drug deal on S. New York Road and Moss Mill Road. Officers found the described suspect and conducted a vehicle stop.

SFC Scott Winneberger and his K-9 partner, Rocky, assisted at the scene to find the heroin, police said. Martin was processed and released on a summons.
