Galloway Man Sentenced For 2021 Fatal Crash
Galloway's Ruddy Narvaez was sentenced to prison for speeding and running a red light in 2021, striking another car and killing a man.
OCEAN CITY, NJ — A Galloway man was sentenced to prison for vehicular homicide in connection with a 2021 crash where he sped through a red light, crashing into another car and killing a passenger, the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office said.
Ruddy Narvaez, 36, was sentenced to three years on Nov. 15, Prosecutor Jeffrey H. Sutherland said.
It was June 22, 2021 when Narvaez was speeding and ran a red light at Ninth Street and Bay Avenue, Patch previously reported.

Narvaez's Jeep Wrangler struck the passenger side of a Mercury Sable that was turning left onto Bay Avenue, authorities said previously.
Ocean City resident John Andrew, 66, was in the front passenger seat at the time and died from injuries in the crash, Patch previously reported.
