Galloway Man Wanted For March Shooting: Police
A Pleasantville man was shot in March. Police are seeking the whereabouts of Ashan Jackson, charged with several offenses, in connection.

GALLOWAY, NJ — A Pleasantville man was shot back in March, and police are seeking the public's assistance in locating a suspect.
Ashon Jackson, 19, was charged with various offenses in connection with the shooting in Atlantic City on March 13, police said.
At 2:34 a.m. that day, a 29-year-old Pleasantville man walked into AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Division, for treatment of a gunshot wound, police said. The non-life-threatening injury came from an altercation with Jackson at Pennsylvania and Pacific avenues, where the man was shot, police said.

Jackson, a Galloway resident, is wanted for aggravated assault and unlawful possession of a weapon. Police believe he could be in Galloway. Jackson is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 240 pounds.
He is charged with two counts of aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
