Galloway Police Blotter: April 19-25, 2015

Galloway Police release their activity report.

No Burglaries occurred.

Arrests:

Darious M. Brown, 29, of Hamilton Township was arrested by Ofc. Nicholas Stewart and charged with possession of marijuana 50 grams or less, drug paraphernalia and possession of CDS in a motor vehicle on April 20.

David J. Gajtkowski, 26, of Absecon was arrested by Det. Jason Kiamos and charged with burglary and theft of movable property on April 21.

Joseph J. Erickson, 32, of Pleasantville was arrested by Ofc. Fenil Gandhi and Evelyn I. Champion, 50, of Egg Harbor Township was arrested by Ofc. Jacqueline Crocker. Erickson was charged with two counts of shoplifting and Champion was charged with possession or use of CDS, possession or distribution of a hypodermic needle and possession of drug paraphernalia on April 21.

Algie Griffin, 31, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Rita Abatemarco and charged with operating under the influence of liquor or drugs, consent to taking of samples deemed given, reckless driving, failure to report an accident and leaving the scene of an accident on April 21.

Michael Donald DiNicolantonio, 45, of Hamilton Township was arrested by Ofc. Bill Kline and charged with operating under influence of liquor or drugs, possession or use of CDS, reckless driving and unsafe lane change on April 22.

Jerry H. Levine, 55, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Carolyn Buckley and charged with simple assault on April 22.

Darius R. Clark, 34, and Elizabeth C. Barksdale, 22, both of Atlantic City were arrested by Ofc. Alex Bennett. Barksdale was charged with shoplifting and Clark was charged with possession of CDS and drug paraphernalia on April 23.

Nicole M. Kelly, 20, of Hamilton Township was arrested by Ofc. Patrick Neal and charged with possession of CDS and possession or distribution of a hypodermic needle on April 24.

Michael J. VanAllen, 43, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Rita Abatemarco and charged with operating under the influence of liquor or drugs, unsafe lane change and reckless driving on April 24.

Jared P. Lopez, 18, of Absecon was arrested by Ofc. Rita Abatemarco and charged with operating under the influence of liquor or drugs, reckless driving and unsafe lane change on April 25.

Michelle T. Molina, 40, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Dan Weigle and charged with continued unnecessary noise on April 25.
