Galloway Police Recover Stolen Vehicle Following Accident; Suspects Flee

Police responded to the scene of the accident at the White Horse Pike and Manheim Avenue at 3:40 p.m. Friday.

The occupants of a car allegedly fled into the woods following a motor vehicle accident on the White Horse Pike at Manheim Avenue on Friday.

Why? Because the car was stolen.

Galloway Police responded to the scene of the accident at 3:40 p.m. They recovered the stolen car, but a search of the area was unsuccessful in locating the suspects.

Other agencies involved in the search included: Egg Harbor City Police Department; Hamilton Township Police Department K-9 Unit; Somers Point Police Department K-9 Unit; NJ Transit Police; Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office; Atlantic County Sheriff’s Office K-9 Unit; Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office; and The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey Police Department.
