Galloway Residents Charged With Heroin Possession

Two Galloway residents have been charged with heroin possession following the execution of a search warrant in regards to a narcotics investigation on the 200 block of Koch Avenue on Nov. 21, Galloway Township Police announced Tuesday morning.

Verna Watkins and Fela Mandela, both 48 years old, were charged with distribution of a controlled dangerous substance (Heroin), possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Watkins and Mandela were each lodged in the Atlantic County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail each.
