Galloway Teen Arrested on Weapons Charges: Police

The 17-year-old boy was arrested following a disturbance Saturday night.

Galloway Township, NJ -- A 17-year-old Galloway boy has been charged with several weapons and narcotics charges following reports of a disturbance in the area of Iroquois Drive around 7:10 p.m. Saturday night.

Shortly afer responding to reports of the disturbance, police found the boy on Mourning Dove Way just off Wrangleboro Road.

Police say they found a fully loaded Smith and Wesson .357 Magnum revolver in the boy’s waistband. He was arrested and charged with possession of a handgun for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of CDS.

He was lodged in Harborfields Juvenile Facility.
