Galloway Township Police Blotter: April 23-29, 2017

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ — The following information was provided by Galloway Township Police. Incidents are merely accusations. Those accused are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Adult Arrests:

Mario J. Silva-Santos, 31 of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Alexander Bennett and charged with Obstruction on April 29.

Mathew R. Jonas, 32 of Tulsa, OK was arrested by Ofc. Fenil Gandhi and charged with Possession of CDS , Possession of Paraphernalia and Possession of Hypodermic Needle on April 28.

Tatum R. Ross, 25 of Tulsa, OK was arrested by Ofc. Fenil Gandhi and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Paraphernalia and Possession of Hypodermic Needle on April 28.

Thomas Colangelo, 56 of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Richard Boyle and charged with DWI on April 27.

Jose J. Morales, 35 of Vineland, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Timothy Giberson and charged with Hindering on April 26.

Amelia M. Kudyba, 34 of Pennsauken, NJ was arrested by Sgt. Scott Winneberger and charged with Assault by Auto, DWI and Possession of CDS on April 26.

Richard V. O’Brien III, 43 of Ventnor, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Richard Boyle and charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of Paraphernalia on April 24.

Kenneth L. Pierce, 38 of Mays Landing, NJ was arrested by Sgt. Vincent Ceci and charged with Aggravated Assault on April 23.

Katina R. Green, 44 of Vineland, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Dominic Fabrizio and charged with Possession of CDS and Hindering on April 23.

Juvenile Arrests: 3

A 16 year old male from Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Jacob Thomas and charged with Distributing CDS, Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and CDS on school property on April 27.

A 16 year old male from Galloway was arrested by SFC. Mark D’Esposito and charged with Theft on April 27.

A 17 year old male from Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Mateusz Ryba and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Paraphernalia and Distributing CDS on April 24.
