Galloway Township Police Blotter: July 23-29, 2017

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ — The following information was provided by the Galloway Township Police Department. All incidents are merely accusations. Those accused are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Adult arrests:

Stephen W. Ferrara, 27 of Columbus, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Gregory Gillespie and charged with Possession of CDS and DWI on July 29.

Michele E. Baker, 34 of Toms River, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Dominic Fabrizio and charged with Hindering on July 29.

Jamal D. Roberts, 26 of Pleasantville, NJ was arrested by Sgt. Scott Winneberger and charged with Possession of CDS and Possession of Paraphernalia on July 28.

Aaron E. Emerle, 23 of Hamilton Twp., NJ was arrested by Sgt. Scott Winneberger and charged with DWI on July 27.

Maurice H. Richards, 58 of Bronx, NY was arrested by Ofc. Christopher Pittman and charged with Harassment on July 27.

Harry D. Tennant, 37 of Egg Harbor, NJ was arrested by Sgt, Scott Winneberger and charged with Distributing CDS, Possession of CDS and Possession of Paraphernalia on July 26.

Tammy Y Valazquez , 57 of Egg Harbor Twp., NJ was arrested by Ofc. Kevin Costa and charged with DWI on July 26.

Cathy V. Dilks, 54 of Chatsworth, NJ was arrested by Ofc. William Kline and charged with Theft on July 26.

Malcolm M. Bowens, 27 of Hamilton Twp., NJ was arrested by Ofc. Brent Lopez and charged with Hindering and Obstructing Administration of Law on July 25.

Michael T. Guggenheim, 33 of Galloway, NJ was arrested by Ofc. John Mooney and charged with DWI on July 23.
