Galloway Township Police Blotter: July 9-15, 2017

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ — The following information was provided by the Galloway Township Police Department. All incidents are merely accusations. Those accused are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Adult Arrests:

Candis S. Dozier, 26 of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Ronald Gorneau Jr. and charged with DWI on July 15.

Joseph J. Amoroso III, 53 of Egg Harbor Twp, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Steven Garrison and charged with DWI on July 15.

James C. Hinson, 54 of Hamilton Twp, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Kerry Baerman and charged with Theft of Movable Property on July 14.

Minna J. Luostarinen, 29 of Hammonton, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Alexander Bennett and charged with DWI on July 14.

Balil Y. Burton, 27 of Pleasantville, NJ was arrested by Det. Bryan Casey and charged with Possession of CDS & Manufacturing/Distributing on July 14.

Kyle C. Adams, 27 of Egg Harbor City, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Fenil Gandhi and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Resisting Arrest & Obstruction on July 13.

Lavon G. Davis, 28 of Pleasantville, NJ was arrested by K9-Sgt. Scott Winneberger and charged with Obstruction & Hindering on July 13.

Han H. Nhan, 23 of Atlantic City, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Mateusz Ryba and charged with Possession of CDS on July 12.

Warren C. Priestley III, 36 of Absecon, NJ was arrested by Ofc. Kevin Costa and charged with DWI, Assault by Auto & Possession of CDS on July 9.
