GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ — The following information was provided by the Galloway Township Police Department. Incidents are merely accusations. Those accused are considered innocent until proven guilty.

Adult Arrests:

Carlton J. Canter Jr., 26 of O’Fallon MO was arrested by Ofc. Nicholas Stewart and charged with Possession of CDS on June 23.

Trevor S. Smithson, 32 of Florissant MO was arrested by Ofc. Nicholas Stewart and charged with Possession of CDS on June 23.

Christopher L. Duncan, 36 of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Brent Grunow and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Hypodermic Needle & Hindering on June 23.

Don C. Stephens, 54 of Ventnor, NJ was arrested by Ofc. William Kline and charged with Criminal Trespass on June 23.

Robert A. Stelle Sr., 41 of Galloway was arrested by Det. Sgt. Kevin Welsh and charged with Storage of Firearms Minors May Have Access on June 21.

Marlon W. Cruz, 47 of Galloway was arrested by K9-Sgt. Scott Winneberger and charged with Possession of CDS & DWI on June 21.

Erik C. Hoffman, 27 of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. William Warrell and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia & DWI on June 20.

Kendra K. Costantini, 28 of Hempstead, NY was arrested by Ofc. Gregory Gillespie and charged with Possession of CDS on June 20.

Tymeka E. Daughtry, 24 of Hamilton Twp., NJ was arrested by Ofc. Fenil Gandhi and charged with Hindering on June 20.

Charles H. Stafford Jr., 51 of Camden, NJ was arrested by K9-Sgt. Scott Winneberger and charged with Possession of CDS on June 20.

Lonnie T. Wesley, 48 of Burlington, NJ was arrested by K9-Sgt. Scott Winneberger and charged with Possession of CDS, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia & Possession of Hypodermic Needle on June 20.

Jessica A. McGovern, 37 of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Mateusz Ryba and charged with DWI & Possession of CDS on June 19.

Javier A. Pacheco, 28 of Pleasantville, NJ was arrested by K9-Sgt. Scott Winneberger and charged with DWI on June 18.

Juvenile Arrests: 1

A 15 Year Old Male from Little Egg Harbor Twp., NJ was arrested by Ofc. Fenil Gandhi and charged with Aggravated Assault on June 23.
