Galloway Woman With Weed Edibles Undresses, Assaults Cops: Police

The woman had weed brownies, cookies and cereal treats, police said.

A Galloway woman removed her clothes and assaulted officers before they found marijuana edibles in her home Saturday night, according to Galloway Township Police Department. Police found cookies, brownies and cereal treats with THC extracts, according to GTPD.

Rhiannon V. Thompson, of Heavenly Valley Court, was charged with drug possession, aggravated assault of police, resisting arrest, obstructing justice and lewdness, police said. Police went to her home following a noise complaint, GTPD said. They obtained a search warrant after finding evidence that Thompson, 26, was involved with manufacturing drugs, GTPD said.

Police said they seized edibles, marijuana, wax marijuana and marijuana butter. The marijuana edibles were packaged for distribution, GTPD said. The charges were placed on a summons pending a future court date, according to GTPD.
