Wildwood Beach Ultimate Frisbee Tournament
Bet you didn’t know that Wildwood hosts the largest beach ultimate Frisbee tournament in the world. The annual event is held on the beach at the Wildwood Beach Patrol Headquarters at Schellenger Avenue for players of all levels, ages 18 and over. More than 450 teams from all around the world compete in the tournament, with teams receiving two days of play (six to seven games), a beach party, fruit and beverages, and the chance to win a trophy! Cape Express Beach Blast Wildwood Soccer Tournament
Morey’s Piers in Wildwood, NJ, is a proud sponsor of the annual Cape Express Beach Blast Soccer Tournament. Over 1,000 teams compete on the sand in the largest sand soccer tournament in the world! This awesome summer Jersey Shore beach event features 5v5 beach soccer for boys and girls U-8 to U 18, plus adults. There is an entrance fee for participants but it’s free for spectators so it’s great if you’re looking for family activities in NJ. Beach Hockey
In the spirit of all of Wildwood’s beach sport tournaments including the famed Wildwood soccer tournament, Morey’s Piers offers you the opportunity to play field hockey in a new and exciting way. Teams compete on the beach during the day and enjoy the famous Wildwood boardwalk and attractions after sunset. Games are 5v5, four players on the field plus a goalie, with a maximum of 10 players per team. The Boardwalk Basketball Classic

This annual six-day tournament takes place each December, raising college scholarship money for graduating seniors for the two high schools that host the tournament, Wildwood and Wildwood Catholic. And the Boardwalk Basketball Classic is the largest coed high school basketball tournament in the country! Since its inception in 1998, the event has raised over $275,000 in scholarship money. Sponsors, volunteers and spectators are always encouraged to take part.
