Glen Straub intends to remove the Revel name and sell the naming rights for the casino he was recently approved to purchase, The Press of Atlantic City reports.

He also plans to build the world’s largest water park that will be built both inside and outside, and provide ferry service between Atlantic City and Manhattan, according to the report.

A judge approved the sale of the casino to Straub for $95.4 million on Monday.

Straub had been asking for the sale to take place at $87 million after Brookfield withdrew its winning bid of $110 million due to a dispute with the casino.

He provided details at a court hearing on the sale of the casino, according to the report.

Revel closed at the beginning of September, and about 3,100 people lost their jobs as a result of that closing.
